President Barack Obama delivers a speech on healthcare on September 9, 2009 & was rudely interrupted by a DISTURBING DISRESPECTFUL INDIVIUAL WHO BLURRED LIAR WHILE PRESIDENT OBAMA DELIVERED HIS SPEECH.
